On August 1st, China's 15th National Games (referred to as "the Games") entered its 100‑day countdown, as Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao each hosted celebratory events to mark the milestone.
That same day, several of Guangzhou's landmark buildings were illuminated, and the banks of the Pearl River shimmered with color. At Guangzhou International Media Port, the Games' mascots were vividly displayed on its exterior wall in various dynamic sporting poses. Across the river, CITIC Plaza prominently displayed themed slogans such as "Guangzhou 100 %" (a phrase emphasizing the city's full commitment to the Games). The LED mesh screenson the Liede Bridge, which spans the Pearl River, were also lit up with mascot images.
Guangzhou has additionally created a themedexhibition space at the Metro Station of Guangzhou Baiyun Railway Station, titled "A National‑Games City Loved by All." The space, unveiled on August1st, features nearly 10‑metre‑high columns decorated as "check‑in walls," showcasing selected public messages and well‑wishes gathered through a citizen engagement campaign.
Technological power preservation and green electricity supplyfirmly guarantee the power supply service during the Games. For high-voltage power lines (10kV and above) in core venues such as the opening and closing ceremony arenas, the Guangzhou Power Supply Bureauwill deploy "Wukong", China's first independently developed MR (Mixed‑Reality) teleoperated live-line operating robot. This robot can carry out continuous live-line defect-elimination work throughout the Games, minimizing the impact of traditional power outage maintenance.
Power inspection will be carried out by the quadruped robot "Xiao Tian". Capable of accurately functioning in high‑temperature, darkness, and other complex conditions, "Xiao Tian" automatically identifies potential hazards such as temperature rises and partial discharge in power lines, detecting anomalies in advance and reporting them in time.
8月1日，第十五届全国运动会迎来倒计时100天，粤港澳三地纷纷举办庆祝活动。
当日，广州多个地标建筑点灯，珠江两岸流光溢彩。广州国际媒体港外墙上，十五运会吉祥物以各种运动姿态跃然呈现。与之隔江相望的中信广场醒目展示着“广州百分百”等主题标语。横跨珠江的猎德大桥桥身LED网屏，也同样亮起吉祥物图案。
广州还在地铁站打造了“全运之城，全民热爱”全民共话全运地铁展示空间。该展示空间于8月1日在地铁广州白云站揭幕亮相。地铁站厅内，约10米高的立柱被装扮成打卡墙，展示着“全运之城，全民热爱”征集活动精选的市民留言和祝福。
科技保电和绿色供电正成为十五运会保供电的“硬核支撑”。针对开闭幕式场馆等核心区的高压线路（10千伏及以上），广州供电局将投入全国首台自主研制的MR遥操作带电作业机器人“悟空”。它能在赛事期间执行不间断带电消缺任务，消除传统停电检修的影响。
巡检环节则有四足机器人“啸天”负责，它不仅能在高温、无光的复杂环境中精准巡检，还能自动识别电力线路的温升、局放等隐患，提前发现异常并及时上报。
