On August 2nd, the 100‑day countdown launch ceremony for China's 15th National Games and 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities, along with the 9th National Special Olympic Games (referred to as ''the Games''), was held in Shenzhen. The torch,podium attire, and victory ceremony music were formally unveiled to the public.

The torch, named "Blossom", draws inspiration from the Games' emblem. The emblem is artistically reinterpreted by stretching it vertically and applying a slight twist, resulting in a design that resembles blooming fireworks. Technically, the torch adopts a modular design, maintaining a dynamic flame height of 250-400 mm in windless conditions and withstanding wind speeds of up to 20 m/s.

The podium attire centers on the traditional mamianqun, or horse-faced skirt. A highlight of the design is a single peony embroidered on the skirt, inspired by the Yue embroidery pattern "Standing out uniquely", symbolizing athletes' outstanding performances at the Games. The embroidery employs the Sanlanxiu (three shades of blue embroidery) technique, symbolizing harmony, prosperity, openness, inclusiveness, and ecological values within the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area.

The victory ceremony music incorporates elements of the famous Lingnan melody "Color Clouds Chasing the Moon". The creative team also weaves in representative blessing bell chimes from Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao. As the three bells intertwine within the composition, it implies that the three regions come together to offer blessings to the athletes.

8月2日，第十五届全国运动会和全国第十二届残疾人运动会暨第九届特殊奥林匹克运动会（以下简称“十五运会和残特奥会”）倒计时100天启动仪式在深圳举行，火炬、赛事礼仪服装及颁奖音乐正式发布。

十五运会和残特奥会火炬名为“绽放”，在外观上与会徽“同心礼花”一脉相承，通过将平面会徽纵向拉伸，并做一定的旋转扭变，呈“火树银花”绽放状。而在实际性能上，火炬“绽放”采用模块化集成设计，保证无风状态下火焰高度动态范围250-400mm，抗风强度可达20m/s。

十五运会和残特奥会颁奖礼服以马面裙为核心设计语言，其中，礼仪服裙身上的牡丹花图案是一大亮点。裙门图案的设计灵感来自粤绣“一枝独秀”，隐喻了运动员在全运会上的卓越表现。刺绣图案采用三蓝绣工艺，象征大湾区三地和谐繁荣、开放包容、生态文明的特色。

本届全运会颁奖音乐采用《彩云追月》文化元素。创作团队还创新使用了粤港澳三地具有代表性的祈福钟声，当三地钟声在乐章中交融，寓意粤港澳同心为运动员敲响祝福之钟。
